Hmm, it seems well written (not my fav genre, but it wasn't bad ^^) but the mixing was kinda muddy and dull sounding. I think the EQ needs some tweaking on the higher end especially.
If you'd like some help with that part on this or any future songs, I'd be happy to help. I don't mean to step on any toes or anything. I just really have fun with mixing. :3

the song is good, pleasant and well arranged!
one thing is that for some reason the sound of this whole track is kinda blunt, kind swallowed, i'm not sure how to describe that! but something like that!
oh and bring up a little the volume of your beautiful voice!
